DAY 4 : FERGANA – ANDIJAN-SHAKHRIKHAN-KUVA-AKBARABAD-FERGANA (MON) (B / L /D)

08.30 Beginning Fergana city tour: museum of local lore of Fergana city (1 hour), then drive to Andijan: visit

Central bazaar, street handicraftsmen “Khunarmanlchilik”, Museum of Arts and Literature,

Visit handicraft centre, where you can buy handmade souvenirs. Visit museum and garden of Babur

13.00  Lunch at national restaurant (or at  handicraft centre)

14.00  Drive to Shakhrikhan for visiting workshop for making national knives (45 min), then drive to Kuva village

for visit Akhmad Al-Fargoniy complex (45 min). Kuva village is the centre of glass production m.e.

Drive to Akbarabad village for visiting workshop for weaving baskets (45 min)

18.00 Drive back to Fergana. Dinner at national restaurant.

DAY 5 : FERGANA-AKHSIKENT-CHUST-NAMANGAN-FERGANA (TUE) (B / L /D)

08.00  Drive to Aksikent village for visiting the most fortified medieval fortress on the coast of the Syr Darya.

Drive to Chust village: visit workshop for making Chust skullcaps (1 hour)

14.00  After lunch drive to Namangan: visit madrasah of Mullo-Kirgiz, madrasah Ota-Valikhon-tura, Mausoleum of Khodji Amin Kabri

DAY 6 : FERGANA – MARGILAN-ALTI-ARIK-TASHKENT (WED) (B / L /D)

madrasah of Said Ahmad Khudja

The train schedule may change. Also it is worth considering that the Afrosiab train when moving from Samarkand to Bukhara is on the platform for only five minutes and it will be necessary to quickly sit down during this time.
