Brazilian restaurant “Pioneer”

Brazilian cuisine is a real paradise for meat eaters. Moreover, each meat is seasoned with special spices and served with a special sauce. Veal fillet is usually eaten with parmesan here. Only a holiday in Uzbekistan can treat you to such a meat feast.

 

You won’t have to push in front of the buffet, hoping to get a tastier piece. Just sit down at your table and the delicacies will float to you on mysteriously shimmering metal skewers, hot and aromatic. All you have to do is nod graciously, holding a green card with the inscription in English “Yes, thank you” at the ready. If you feel that you are not ready to swallow another bite, take the red “No, thank you” and, squinting contentedly, enjoy digestion.

 

Of course, “Pioneer” is first and foremost the kingdom of meat eaters, but you can also find vegetarian dishes here. The most delicious ones include grilled pineapple and cheese bread.

 

To make the digestion process easier and more enjoyable, you can order wine as an accompaniment to your meal (otherwise, eating large quantities of meat without greens or alcohol can be a serious test for your body).
