Day 1: Tashkent

Your tour will begin in the morning upon arrival at the International Airport, where you will be met by your guide and driver. Transfer to the hotel for accommodation and a short rest.

Day 2: Tashkent - Termez

Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to the local airport. Flight to Termez by morning flight. Arrival in Termez. Transfer to the hotel. Start of the sightseeing tour of Termez, located on the left side of the Amu Darya and the ancient Buddhist center. Visit to the Archaeological Museum, the Mausoleum of Al-Hakim at-Termezi, the archaeological site of Fayaztepa, Karatepa Sultan Saodat ensemble.

Day 3: Termez - Samarkand

Breakfast at the hotel. In the morning departure to Samarkand. Arrival in Samarkand in the evening. Accommodation. Rest at the hotel.

Day 4: Samarkand

Breakfast at the hotel. Sightseeing tour of Samarkand: Gur-Emir Mausoleum – the tomb of Tamerlane and all his family members. Rukhobat Mausoleum (translated as “Spirit of the Abode”) – according to one legend, inside this dome there is a box with seven hairs of the Prophet Muhammad, Registan Square (“sandy place”) (14th century), including the Ulugbek Madrasah (15th century), Sherdor Madrasah (17th century), Tillya-Kari Madrasah. Visit to the Bibi-khanim mosque, named after the eldest wife of Tamerlane (14th century). The architectural complex Shahi-Zinda (translated as “Living King”) – the name of the complex is associated with the name of Kusam Ibn Abbas – the cousin of the Prophet Muhammad.

Day 5: Samarkand - Shakhrisabz - Bukhara

Breakfast at the hotel. In the morning, departure to Bukhara through the city of Amir Temur – Shakhrisabz. Sightseeing tour of Shakhrisabz: visit to the ruins of Ak-Saray (translated as “White Palace”), the summer residence of Tamerlane (XIV-XV centuries), the Mausoleum of Muhammad Jahangir – the mausoleum of the eldest and beloved son of Tamerlane. Dor-us-Saodat complex (14th century), which includes the “Khast Imam Mosque” – a multi-step mosque with a hall and domes decorated with iwans, Gumbazi-Saidon (14th century) – the mausoleum of the Saids (relatives of the Prophet Muhammad), the Kuk-Gumbaz mosque (meaning “Blue Dome”) – was built by Ulugbek.

14:00     After lunch, continue the journey to Bukhara.

18:00     Arrival in Bukhara Free time.

Day 6: Bukhara

Breakfast at the hotel. Sightseeing tour of Bukhara: visiting the mausoleum of the “Samanids” – the oldest brick building in Central Asia, a masterpiece of world architecture, “Chashmai Ayub” (IX-X centuries), “Bolo Hauz” mosque (early twentieth century), Ark Citadel – the center of the state system of Bukhara (IV C BC), silk carpet shops, “Poi Kalyan Complex” (“foot of the Great”), Kalyan minaret – the main symbol of sacred Bukhara (XII century). “Kalyan Mosque”, “Mir Arab” madrasah (XVI century) one of the most respected spiritual Islamic universities, “Toki Zargaron” – the dome of jewelers (XV-XVI centuries), Ulugbek Madrasah (XV c) the first of three madrasahs, built by Tamerlane’s grandson Ulugbek, “Abdulazizkhan” madrasah (1588-1590), Imam Al-Bukhari madrasah.

Day 7: Bukhara

Breakfast at the hotel. Continuation of the excursion: visit to the Summer Residence of the Emir of Bukhara – Sitori-Mohi-Khosa and the sacred complex of Bahauddin Naqshbandi. Then an excursion inside the city: visit to the Magoki Attori mosque (12th century), the oldest quarter mosque in Bukhara, “Nadir Divan-Begi Khanaka” madrasah, which was used as a home for Sufis, “Kukaldosh” madrasah (16th century) – one of the oldest madrasahs in Bukhara, the Lyabi Khauz ensemble – the largest artificial reservoir, “Chor Minor” (meaning “Four minarets”) – a unique madrasah built by Caliph Niyazkul (18th century).

Day 8: Bukhara - Khiva

Breakfast at the hotel.

Departure to Khiva through the desert (530 km).

You will stop for a panoramic view of the desert. Photos against this background will turn out amazing.

Arrival in Khiva in the evening. Accommodation. Rest after a long journey.

Day 9: Khiva

09:00    Sightseeing tour of the architectural complex “Ichan-Kala” (12th-19th centuries): Kunya Ark, Khan’s Fortress – inner Ichan-Kala Citadel (16th, 17th centuries), Kalta Malaya Tower (meaning “Short Minaret”), which was supposed to be the tallest and largest minaret in Central Asia, Muhammad Amin Khan Madrasah (19th century), Juma Mosque with 212 wooden columns, 32.5-meter minaret (10th century), Tash Khavli (meaning “Stone Yard”) (19th century), Ak Mosque (“white mosque”) – a small quarter mosque at the Palvan-Darvaza gate (1838-1842), Pakhlavan Mahmud Memorial – the main cult center of Ichan-Kala (1810-1913 cc), Islam Khoja Residence (1910) – the residence of the chief vizier of the last Khiva Khan.

Free time for dinner and rest.

Day 10: Khiva – Nukus

Early breakfast at the hotel. Departure to Nukus. Check-in at the hotel and departure to the village of Muynak, where you will visit the “ship cemetery” – a former port where the skeletons of abandoned ships rust. Here you will also visit the local museum, if it is open at this time. In the museum you can see some interesting artifacts of the history of the Aral Sea. After lunch – picnic, continue on to Nukus. On the way, visit the necropolis of Mizdakan (14th century) and the fortress of Gyaur-Kala. Arrival in Nukus.

Day 11: Nukus – Tashkent

Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to the airport. Flight to Tashkent by morning flight. Arrival in Tashkent. Accommodation at the hotel. Sightseeing tour of Tashkent: visiting the Museum of the History of Uzbekistan, the Khast-Imam complex (16th century), which includes a mosque, an Islamic university, a museum, and a small bazaar of handicrafts. Kukeldash Madrasah (16th century), free time for shopping at the famous Chorsu bazaar.

Day 12: Tashkent – Kokand – Rishtan – Fergana

Breakfast at the hotel. Departure to the Fergana Valley by car. Your interesting journey will begin in the city of Dangara: a visit to the house-workshop of wood carving of K. Khaidarov. Departure to Kokand, to inspect 5 historical monuments of the 19-20th centuries: a visit to the Khudoyar Khan square, the Friday mosque, the Kamol-Kazi madrasah, the Damai-Shakhkhon necropolis and Madari Khan. After lunch, departure to Rishtan and a visit to a ceramic workshop (1 hour), then a workshop for making woolen carpets (30 min).

Departure to Fergana. Transfer to the hotel. Free time.

Day 13: Fergana - Margilan - Andijan - Fergana

Breakfast at the hotel. Start of the excursion tour of Fergana: Fergana city museum of local history (1 hour), departure to Margilan, visit to the central bazaar, silk factory “Edgorlik”, where you can buy natural Uzbek silk, Said Akhmad-Khoja madrasah. Then, after lunch, a trip to Andijan: visit to the central bazaar, artisans’ street “Khunarmanchilik”, the Museum of Art and Literature, visit to the crafts center, where you can buy handmade souvenirs, visit to the museum and Babur’s garden.

In the evening, departure to Fergana.

Day 14: Fergana – Tashkent

Breakfast at the hotel. Departure from Fergana to Tashkent by car. Arrival in Tashkent. Flight home in the evening.
