Hotel Serdar

This is the very first hotel built in the Avaza tourist zone. It consists of 106 rooms.

The hotel often accommodates participants of various exhibitions, which are often organized on the shores of the Caspian Sea.

Therefore, the conference halls of the hotel are made according to all quality standards.

Another distinctive feature of the Serdar Hotel is that it is the first high-rise building that appeared on the Caspian coast. The hotel was built in 2001.

The Avaz resort area, where the hotel is located, is known for its summer beach holidays. It is part of the common recreation area called the Caspian Riviera.

The Serdar Hotel building consists of 11 floors, it is finished with white marble, the distance from the sandy beaches is 100 meters.

The hotel area is decorated with young trees, benches, fountains and original sculptures.

You can try many berries and fruits from all over Turkmenistan at the hotel. They are delivered regularly. All restaurants in the resort area will offer you local melons, watermelon, grapes and peaches.

In the evening, you can enjoy the performance of local creative groups on the open-air stage.
