TOUR ITINERARY:
Singapore-Tashkent-Samarkand-Kyzyl-kum desert – Gijduvan-Bukhara-Khiva (Urgench)-Tashkent-Singapore

Day 1 Tashkent

Upon arrival, you will be met and transfer to hotel for short rest.

03:05    Arrive in Tashkent by HY. Meet with guide. Transfer to the hotel

06:00    Early check in to the hotel. Have a rest

12:00    Lunch at national restaurant

13:00    Sightseeing tour around Tashkent by coach -take place in Tashkent: The Museum of Applied Arts,  The Khast Imam complex (16c), the library of Koran and other old manuscripts, Kukeldash Madrasah (16c), free time for shopping at the local open air bazaar “Chorsu”

18:00    Dinner at national restaurant. Transfer to the hotel

OVERNIGHT IN TASHKENT

Day 2 Tashkent –Samarkand

07:00    Breakfast at hotel. Transfer to the railway station

08:00    Departure to Samarkand by new speed train “Afrosiab”

10:00    Arrive in Samarkand. Transfer to the hotel. Drive for visit Imam-Al-Bukhari

10:30    City tour:  Gur-Emir Mausoleum – the tomb of Tamerlane and other Timurids, Rukhabad Mausoleum (“The Spirit Abode”) – according to one legend, inside this dome there is a box with seven hairs of Prophet Mukhammed (XIV c.),  The Registan Square (“Sandy Place”) – the most visiting place of Samarkand, which consists of three magnificent monuments : Ulugbek Madrasah (XV c.), Sherdor Madrasah (XVII c.), Tilla-Kari Madrasa.The architectural complex Shakhi-Zinda (“A living King”) – The name of the complex is connected with the name of Kusam Ibn Abbas – the cousin of Prophet Mukhammed (XI-XV cc.).

18:00    Dinner at national restaurant

Day 3 Samarkand – Kyzyl-kum desert

07:00    Breakfast at hotel

08:00    Morning drive to yurt camp near by Aydarkul lake. One way you will visit Alexander the Great Fortress and holy place in Nuruta region

14:00    Lunch at yurt camp. Free time for leisure for explore the desert and for camel ridding

19:00    Dinner at yurt camp near campfire, where local old man (akyn) will sing national songs

OVERNIGHT IN YURT CAMP

Day 4 Yurt camp -Gijduvan – Bukhara

06:00    Breakfast at the hotel

07:00    Morning drive to Gijduvan city. Visit Center of Gidjduvan school of potters. The owner of the center is the famous ceramist of Uzbekistan – Alisher Narzullaev, who is one of the most known and recognized masters of ceramics of modern Uzbekistan

The center offers:

– Tour of the workshops (ceramic embroidery) with the display technology

– Master Classes of ceramic and embroidery

– Visit the Ceramic Museum. Works of 5-generation

– Visit the gallery of ceramics

–  Master class of cooking traditional Gijduvan bread

12:00    Lunch at Alisher Narzullaev’s guest house

13:00    Visit fruit and vegetable farm, where you can see how local people grow fruits and vegetables on private gardens, how they lead their household (local uzbek house and pets like cow)

17:00    continue drive to Bukhara

19:00    Dinner at national restaurant. Check in to the hotel

Day 5 Bukhara

08:00    Breakfast at the hotel

09:00    City tour around Bukhara: “The Samanids Mausoleum” – the most ancient brickwork building in Central Asia, the masterpiece of world architecture (IX-X cc.), “The Chashmai Ayub mausoleum”. “The Bolo Khavuz Mosque” (beginning of the XXth c.), The Ark Citadel – the center of government system of Bukhara (IV c. BC), “The Poi Kalon Complex”  (“The foot of the Great”), The Kalon Minaret – the main symbol of holy Bukhara (XII c.).  “The Kalon Mosque”.

19:00    Visit national uzbek show in Nodir Devan Begi madrasah

20:00    Dinner at national restaurant. Check in to the hotel

OVERNIGHT IN BUKHARA

Day 6 Bukhara

08:00    Breakfast at the hotel

09:00     Visit Muslim holy place – Bahauddin Nakshbandi complex, then drive to visit Summer Residence of Emir – Sitori Mohi xosa

13:00    Lunch at national restaurant

14:00    Visit workshop of Bukhara carpet and shopping at Trade Domes: Taqi Sarrafon,  Tim Abdulla-han, Toki-Zargaron, Telpak- Furushon

OVERNIGHT IN BUKHARA

Day 7 Bukhara – Khiva

Breakfast at hotel.

Drive to Khiva via desert (530km)

Stops en route for sightseeing, observing the surrounding area and taking photos, in particular you will have an opportunity to see 2 desert Lakes.

Lunch en route at road café. Upon arrival accommodation in hotel. Visit workshop of carving.

Day 8 Khiva

09:00    City tour around the architectural complex “Ichan Kala” (XII-XIX cc.):  Kunya Ark, The khan’s fortress – the internal citadel of the Ichan Kala (XVI-XVII cc.), The Kalta Minor Tower “Short Minaret”), was meant to be the biggest and tallest minaret in Central Asia (XIX c.), The Mukhammad Amin Khan madrasa – the biggest middle age madrasa in Khiva (1845-1855 cc.), The Juma Mosque with  212 wood columns a 32,5 meter tall minaret  (X c.), The Tash Khavli (“The Stony Courtyard”)  (XIX c.), The Ak Mosque (“The white Mosque”) – a small quarter mosque at the gates of Palvan-darvaza (1838-1842 cc.), The Pakhlavan Makhmud Memorial – the main cult center of Ichan Kala (1810-1913 cc.), The Islom Khodja Residence (1910) –The residence of the main vizier of the last Khiva khan

Day 9 Urgench – Tashkent
