MADRASAH KUKELDASH

Kukeldesh madrassah in Bukhora (Kulba-Kukeldash) – this building can also be attributed to Abdullah Khan II reigning. This’s the largest Madrassas recommended for viewing by Bukhara tour operators. Madrassa has one hundred’nd sixty hujras, which are located on two floors. Sadrad-Din-Aini, one most famous Central Asian writers of twentieth century, studied here. Frontage, made exposing traditional style, is facing Labi-House. Facade contains a lobby, mosque and darshon (i.e. study room, a classroom). An interesting interior feature represents complex plafonds variety (star), which’re laid out of burnt bricks (cast off loam).
