Khoja Daniyar architectural complex is located on the northern Afrosiab slope, near curative water source. It is one of the most popular tourists’ places during trip in Samarkand.As belief goes, Kusam Ibn Abbas Khoja Daniyar was Prophet Muhammad relative and the first priest-preacher of Islam who lived in Central Asia. According to other legends, prophet Daniyar was born in Holy Land in 603 BC. His name in Hebrew means “judge god” or “my god judge.” Daniel led his lineage from the great rulers – David and Solomon kings.
